Ecosistema ERP multi-producto (Ecuador, USD): CRM matriz, contable/SRI, salud, web, línea blanca, construcción (CEVACONSTRUC), sublimados (SUBLIMETSA), tecnología (Servinotec), vendedores, finanzas personales.

- Comando base: LEE INDEX (CRM index + CORE + contexto público).
- Ciclo: leer → ejecutar bloques 3-7 acciones reales → reportar (CHANGELOG/TASK_QUEUE/activeContext o MSI→msi-report.php) → releer.

## 4) Arquitectura IA híbrida
- **MSI (edge):** Ollama local (ej. qwen2.5-coder:7b, nomic-embed-text), túnel SSH reverso al VPS (puerto remoto 11435 → Ollama 11434 local).
- **VPS:** Open WebUI + Qdrant (RAG colección omega_memory), proxy TLS, orquestación.
- **APIs cloud (económicas):** Gemini Flash (visión/OCR), Groq/DeepSeek/OpenRouter (picos y fallback), Whisper local o AssemblyAI (audio). Ver matriz APIs en URL arriba.

## 5) Qué está hecho vs pendiente (alto nivel)
- Hecho: Hub, panel mando, chat seguro por path, status, bundle live, kit MSI, reporte MSI→VPS, integración ideas CRM→cola (admin), cuenta demo web.
- Pendiente típico ERP: pagos checkout, multi-tenant, más módulos backend, panel tipo WhatsApp multiagente nativo (TASK_QUEUE puede referenciarlo), cablear Open WebUI a motor MSI remoto de forma estable en UI.

- No inventar credenciales; no exponer .env en respuestas públicas.
- Priorizar impacto/riesgo; entregar checklist verificable.
- Respetar marco legal Ecuador / LOPDP en diseño de datos personales.
